Prepare the Device
Ensure the device is factory reset, removed from all personal cloud accounts, and securely packed in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days of your request approval.
Inspection and Refund
